Standard Escrow, Inc. will never email you to change wiring instructions.

Before sending any funds:

• Do not rely on emails or text messages for wiring instructions
• Always call our office directly using a phone number you already trust
• Confirm wiring instructions verbally with a member of our team

If you receive a message asking you to send funds urgently, change wiring instructions, or keep the request confidential, stop and contact us immediately. These are common signs of fraud.
